![]() Home Care ServicesFrom our offices in Georgetown, KY, we send private-duty nurses, nursing assistants, home care aides, homemakers, and companions to the homes of our clients throughout northern Kentucky. Different levels of home care professionals are certified or trained for different tasks and responsibilities. Nurses tend to be hired mostly for skilled care such as medication administration, wound care, monitoring medical equipment, etc. Assistants performing personal care can usually perform all other home care services. The registered nurse performing your initial and ongoing service plan assessments will help decide which elements of service will work best in your home care service plan and what level of home care professional will best suit your needs.

This may include observation and assessment when a medical condition is likely to worsen, setting up weekly pill boxes, helping with injections or other medication administration, chronic disease management coaching, wound care for pressure ulcers, and many other services best performed by nurses.
